Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Conversion Specialist in the Houston area to lead the transition of hospital suture and wound closure inventory. This remote position requires significant travel within the territory and extensive collaboration with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or clinical experience in a hospital environment.
• Ability to travel 75%+ within the US Region to support diverse hospital sites.
• Demonstrated success in previous roles with a high level of sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance to surgeons and OR staff during live procedures.
• Lead comprehensive training for OR nurses, Surgical Technicians, and Residents.
• Orchestrate the physical removal of competitive inventory and transition to Medtronic stock.
