Job summary

The Coding Network (TCN) seeks a remote Ophthalmology E&M coder to perform coding for multiple clients nationwide. You will access operation reports via a remote EMR and return coded cases. Hours range from 15 to 40 per week, with no current surgical Ophthalmology needs.

All applicants must have at least 3 years of Ophthalmology E&M coding experience and an active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT). You must reside in the United States and pass TCN’s Ophthalmology E&M Coding Exam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Ophthalmology E&M coding experience.
• Active coding certification (CPC, RHIA, RHIT).
• US resident (live and work in the United States).
• Must pass TCN’s Ophthalmology E&M Coding Exam.

Responsibilities

• Code Ophthalmology E&M encounters from operation reports accessed via remote EMR.
• Return coded cases to clients after review.
• Contract role with 15–40 hours per week.
