Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a clinical development professional focused on medical data review and plan coordination for diverse clinical trials. The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Directors and external experts to ensure data quality and protocol alignment.

You will engage in data listings review, query responses, and safety discussions, contributing to study plan development and issue resolution across multiple functions. A background in clinical data management is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical data review and data management within clinical trials.
• Ability to develop medical plans and review data listings.
• Strong collaboration with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Works with Medical Director to develop medical plans and coordinates input from outside experts to prepare medical plans.
• Performs medical data reviews of listings and visualizations; analyzes data to identify risks and trends; documents reviews.
• Authors medical data queries and reviews; approves query closure with Medical Director.
• Assists in patient profiles reviews and protocol deviation reviews as needed.
• Partners with Medical Directors for data review meetings and safety review meetings; prepares slides as needed.
• Manages project scope, objectives, deliverables and acts as primary interface between internal team, customers, and vendors in medical data review and eligibility review.
• Collaborates with study team members to identify risks to data integrity and subject safety; escalates concerns as needed.
• Attends Trusted Process meetings and may participate in audits.
• Adheres to data privacy, ICH, GCP, and enterprise policies and project plans.
