Job summary

SIERTEK LTD is seeking an experienced Operations Research Technical Reviewer to support USAFAM and DAF studies, focusing on health outcomes, accession standards, and readiness. You will analyze military healthcare data, develop predictive models, and communicate findings to Air Force leadership.

The role requires strong biostatistics/health analytics background, SAS programming (EG), study design, and experience with military medical datasets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (Biostatistics, Statistics, OR, Mathematics).
• Minimum 3 years in the field; 10+ years statistical experience in healthcare or military settings.
• HIPAA training and NDA required.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, study design, research methods, data analysis, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical analysis and OR expertise evaluating long-term impact of healthcare conditions on duty performance, retention, readiness, and health outcomes.
• Conduct advanced analyses of healthcare and military datasets; develop and validate models.
• Create and modify datasets using SAS Enterprise Guide; map data between sources and analytics datasets; document processes.
