Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, operations research, or mathematics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the applicable technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of statistical experience within a healthcare or military environment.
• Current HIPAA training certification.
• Ability to communicate technical findings through reports, presentations, and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical analyses and operations research expertise for health outcomes, accession standards, and readiness studies.
• Develop, validate, and communicate predictive and statistical models to Air Force leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop datasets, data dictionaries, and analytical datasets for modeling and publication.
• Provide technical oversight of methodologies, analyses, and reports; ensure replication-ready results.
