Abco Maintenance Inc. is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams from a remote position in New Hampshire. The role offers 30-40 hours/week at about $28/hr, with emphasis on leading through Team Leaders rather than direct account work.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of people-leadership experience, strong data discipline, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment that may not fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

• Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years).
• Good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Extremely computer savvy (Excel/Internet searches/Outlook/quick data entry/scheduling).
• Flexible hours.
• Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
