Qualifications

- Professional experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience teaching adult online learners in higher education is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage students through frequent interaction and motivation.
- Guide students in collaborative, problem- and project-based learning demonstrations.
- Provide regular constructive feedback using rubrics and acknowledge student accomplishments.
- Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across the program.
- Provide feedback to the program chair on curricular improvements.
