Qualifications

- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.
- This position is designated to teach on-site in San Antonio, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed and conveys enthusiasm for learning.
- Guide students in active collaboration and application of learning in problem- and project-based demonstrations.
- Provide regular constructive feedback using rubrics for assessment of student work and acknowledge accomplishments.
- Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and help students connect concepts across the program.
- Provide feedback to the program chair on curricular improvements.
