Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during trainee program.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Relocation may be required after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and conduct training.
• Recruiting and staff planning; engage and retain employees.
• Manage a high-volume plasma collection facility and support leadership development.
• Travel to BioLife centers nationwide during the trainee program.
