Job summary

SIKKY Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production, supply chain, customer service and quality control for a growing automotive parts business. Remote-friendly role requiring strong leadership and strategic thinking to drive efficiency and profitability.

You will partner with senior management to implement policies, manage a team, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality results for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin/related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of process improvements and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee all production processes from raw materials to final product delivery.
• Manage the supply chain and inventory to meet demand and minimize costs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on forecasts.
• Hire, train, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
