Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Manager, Clinical Assessment Technologies Operations to oversee rater selection, qualification, training content, and workbook management. You will ensure SOP and ICH/GCP compliance, coordinate meetings, and manage data surveillance with Sponsor collaboration.

The role requires leadership of Operations staff, strong planning skills, and the ability to travel as needed to support global studies. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• 2–4 years in clinical trials.
• Experience managing a team or leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; attend meetings if needed.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage study source workbook licenses, translations, and approvals.
• Track data surveillance and report to study team and Sponsor.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report and archive documents.
• Advise on rater training and data surveillance plans to ensure protocol alignment.
• Travel domestically/internationally as required.
