You will be instrumental in establishing and scaling operational processes across various functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective resource utilization. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine operational processes and systems to support business growth and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a significant focus on process development and scaling in a startup or technology environment.


• Proven experience in building and leading remote teams effectively.


• Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements and driving efficiency.
