Job summary

Atomic seeks an Operations Associate for Trading and Margin to join Brokerage Operations remotely in the US. You will oversee inter-dealer market making and margin activity, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust controls.

Ideal candidates hold active Series 57 and Series 24, plus 3–5 years of direct supervisory experience in trading/margin. You will operate in a fast-paced, scale-focused environment with evolving processes.

Qualifications

• Active Series 57 and Series 24
• 3–5 years of direct supervision experience
• Experience overseeing inter-dealer market making activity
• Deep knowledge of Reg T and FINRA Rule 4210, portfolio margin

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervisory responsibility for market making and underwriting activity
• Review and approve trading and margin activity; maintain supervisory procedures
• Shape the supervisory framework as the firm scales broker-dealer capabilities
• Monitor real-time PnL, manage risk limits across desks; issue margin calls and resolve escalations
