Job Title: Remote Operations Assistant (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: ~$1,733 - $2,080USD/month ($10-12/hour)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm Eastern Time

Job Overview

The Operational Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple operational functions. This position is responsible for verifying GPS locations against job punches, monitoring job cost projects, reviewing commission reports, managing data integrity, handling reporting tasks, and executing special projects. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working across departments to support operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• GPS & Job Punch Verification: Cross-check employee GPS locations with job punches to ensure alignment with company policies.
  
• Job Cost Analysis: Track and review job cost projects, identifying discrepancies and ensuring proper documentation.
  
• Commission Reports Review: Analyze commission reports for accuracy and compliance, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
  
• Data Management: Maintain databases, ensure data accuracy, and support operational decision-making with reliable reporting.
  
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports related to job performance, labor costs, and other key operational metrics.
  
• Special Projects: Assist in the execution of strategic projects, including process improvements and workflow optimizations.
  
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Experience in operations, administrative support, or a related role within HVAC, construction, or service industries.
  
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and spreadsheets.
  
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Familiarity with workforce tracking systems and GPS verification tools (preferred).
