Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field.
• Five years of supervisor or administrative work in probation or community corrections; experience may substitute for degree.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform operational reviews and auditing across Arizona adult probation departments.
• Verify compliance with statutes, administrative orders, and program plans.
• Review and analyze caseload population reports; identify areas of non-compliance.
• Prepare detailed written reports outlining findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
• Present findings to probation departments and monitor implementation of corrective actions; travel up to 35%.
