• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Must know Python and SQL; Databricks experience a plus.
• Power BI skills.
• Data storytelling and insight synthesis.
• Process documentation from ideation to deliverable.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with virtual, cross-functional collaboration.
• Well-organized with prioritization.
• Self-motivated and accountable in virtual work.
