Résumé du poste

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced OpenShift Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift platforms spanning on-prem and cloud environments. You will own the end-to-end platform lifecycle—from provisioning and hardening to workload onboarding and ongoing operations for mission-critical workloads.

The ideal candidate has deep OpenShift and Kubernetes expertise, strong Linux fundamentals, and a security-first mindset.

Qualifications

Eight+ years operating container platforms in production.
At least three years experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
Strong Kubernetes/OpenShift internals knowledge.
Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Ansible/Terraform/Helm).

Responsabilités

Architect, provision, and operate OpenShift clusters across on-premises, virtualized, and major cloud environments.
Automate cluster lifecycle operations — installation, upgrades, scaling, and decommissioning.
Onboard application development teams with self-service patterns and CI/CD integrations.
Design and maintain OpenShift networking, storage, and security controls.
Harden the platform with image scanning, runtime protection, and compliance.
Mentor junior engineers and provide OpenShift SME guidance.
