Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced Container Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise OpenShift clusters across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will own the platform lifecycle from provisioning through workload onboarding, with a security‑first mindset and strong collaboration with security and infra teams.
The ideal candidate has deep OpenShift/Kubernetes knowledge, Linux fundamentals, and hands‑on experience with IaC and GitOps.
Qualifications
- Five+ years operating container platforms in production.
- Minimum three years on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift internals (RBAC, CRDs, networking).
- Experience with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
- CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift/Kubernetes (Tekton, Jenkins, Argo CD).
- Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go; good documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect, provision, and operate OpenShift clusters across environments.
- Design multi-tenant OpenShift platforms with proper isolation and policies.
- Automate cluster lifecycle: install, upgrade, scale, decommission.
- Onboard development teams with self-service patterns and templates.
- Maintain OpenShift networking, storage, and security configurations.
- Implement monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, EFK stack.
- Harden platform with image scanning, runtime protection, and compliance.
