Qualifications

• OpenShift Virtualization certification is required.
• Experience architecting, implementing, and managing enterprise OpenShift environments.
• Strong Kubernetes, OpenShift networking, and container platform expertise.
• Experience with GitOps, CI/CD, automation, and version control.
• Advanced Ansible Automation Platform experience.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive projects independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve OpenShift platform readiness and operational maturity.
• Design and implement OpenShift networking solutions.
• Troubleshoot cluster health, capacity, storage, and workload issues.
• Enhance GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
• Advance Ansible Automation Platform capabilities and operational automation.
• Provide platform lifecycle and upgrade planning guidance.
• Create technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Deliver hands‑on coaching and knowledge transfer to team members.
