Job summary

Brighton Jones is seeking an OpenPlan Advisor for our emerging OpenPlan line. This fully remote role focuses on designing and updating Foundational Plans and coordinating with organizations to deliver comprehensive retirement planning and personal financial advisory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct client advising experience.
• Undergraduate degree and CFP designation required.
• High level of technical expertise in estate planning, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.
• Familiarity with executive compensation packages and planning strategies.
• Familiarity with RightCapital and Salesforce CRM (or similar software).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage heavy workloads.
• Excellent communication skills in person and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to design, implement and manage the financial plan that supports their Life Plan.
• Oversee assigned clients with regular dialogue via email and video conference about goals and expectations.
• Educate and consult on investment philosophy and market performance.
• Communicate understanding of global financial markets and their impact on client strategy.
• Input client data into CRM (Salesforce) and planning software (RightCapital) with data accuracy.
• Generate referrals from existing clients and drive growth.
• Support sales process and collaborate with Personal CFO team as needed.
• Provide candid performance feedback and assist with ad-hoc projects.
