Brighton Jones is seeking an OpenPlan Advisor to join its growing team from Seattle or remotely. You will design and manage personalized financial plans, collaborate with clients on goals, and communicate investment strategies aligned with Brighton Jones’ philosophy.

This full-time role supports clients early in their wealth journey and involves cross-functional collaboration with the Personal CFO team. The position requires 4+ years of client advising, an undergraduate degree, a CFP

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct client advising experience.
• Undergraduate degree and CFP designation required.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax, retirement, insurance, and cash flow planning.
• Familiarity with executive compensation packages (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESOPs, ESPP).
• Familiarity with eMoney and Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage financial plans supporting client life plans.
• Engage with clients via email and video to discuss objectives and goals.
• Educate clients on investment philosophy and market performance.
• Input and maintain client data in CRM (Salesforce) and planning software (eMoney).
• Generate referrals and drive growth with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the Personal CFO team for complex cases.
• Provide feedback and support to teammates.
• Assist with ad hoc client and team projects.
