Job summary

Brighton Jones seeks an OpenPlan Advisor to design and manage personalized financial plans for clients, focusing on early wealth journeys. You will work with corporate and individual clients, maintain ongoing dialogue, and coordinate with decision-makers to deliver retirement and advisory services.

The role is fully remote with in-office time encouraged, offers strong compensation and a broad benefits package, and requires CFP designation, undergraduate degree, and 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct client advising experience.
• Undergraduate degree and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation required.
• High level of technical expertise in estate planning, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.
• Familiarity with executive compensation packages (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESOPs, ESPP) and planning strategies.
• Familiarity with RightCapital and Salesforce CRM (or similar software).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage heavy workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage the financial plan to support clients' Life Plan.
• Oversee assigned clients and conduct regular dialogue via email and video to discuss objectives, goals, needs and expectations.
• Educate clients on investment philosophy and market performance.
• Explain global markets and their relation to client strategy and Brighton Jones’ approach.
• Input client data into CRM (Salesforce) and planning software (RightCapital) with accuracy.
• Generate referrals from existing clients and drive sales growth with prospective clients.
• Support mission by promoting integrity, creativity, and compassionate service.
