Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with capability to provide high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have experience with persistent state tracking.

Responsibilities

• Write eval rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug agent traces and stress test.
