SearchApi, LLC is seeking an AI Integrations Engineer (Open Source) to ship real integrations and PRs into open-source ecosystems. You’ll work across Ruby, Python, and TypeScript, building integrations, MCP servers, and docs that developers actually use.

You’ll contribute to popular frameworks like LangChain and n8n, track ecosystem changes, and decide high-leverage projects for maximum impact while remaining self-directed in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Merged open-source contributions in repos you don't own.
• An integration, library, or MCP server you shipped that other people use.
• Experience collaborating in open-source ecosystems and documenting changes.

Responsibilities

• Ship merged PRs for frameworks and repos developers actually use.
• Build integrations and MCP servers to simplify data access for agents.
• Write glue code and example apps and quickstarts that just work.
• Stay current with agent and automation space and act on new priorities.
• Identify gaps where developers need search data and lead on those efforts.
