Proficiency with a learning management system and video conferencing is essential. A Master’s in psychology (doctorate preferred) and college-level teaching experience are highly valued, with compensation aligned to $2,225 per credit.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related discipline; doctoral degree preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, leadership, diversity and inclusion.
• Proficiency with LMS, video conferencing, Google Drive and related platforms; Canvas LMS preferred.
• Experience with asynchronous online instruction and learning outcomes.
• Excellent communication to convey objectives and provide timely feedback.
• Teaching at college/university level is preferred.
• Ability to foster dialogue and engagement in online courses.
