• Master’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a closely related field. Doctoral degree preferred.
• Strong skills in critical thinking, emotional intelligence, leadership, diversity, and inclusion.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), video conferencing (Webex, Zoom), Google Drive, Canvas LMS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Foster an engaging, supportive online learning environment by following best practices for teaching excellence and maintaining clear communication.
• Offer evening and weekend availability to support student success and accessibility.
• Comply with mandated policies and university-wide guidelines and complete instructor training and course-related administrative tasks.
• Contribute to course development and coordination for asynchronous online delivery.
