Job summary

ECPI University is seeking instructors to teach undergraduate HCA and Nursing programs in a remote, five-week term setting. Training and ongoing faculty support are provided; candidates join to share industry experience and connect with adult learners.

Ideal candidates are Nutrition professionals with 3–5 years of recent, relevant industry experience and strong communication skills. Evening/weekend availability is required to support busy adult learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nutrition or a Master’s with 18 graduate hours in the discipline.
• 3–5 years of industry experience, within the last 5 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate HCA and Nursing programs remotely.
• Mentor students and provide training and faculty support.
• Lead live sessions weekly and maintain office hours via Zoom.
