Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in nutrition/dietetics.
• Afternoon/evening hours up to 10 hours per week and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction on assigned topics aligned with course curriculum.
• Monitor course progress and proactively support learners.
• Maintain current knowledge in the nutrition field and apply best practices.
• Foster student learning with innovative teaching methods.
• Use technology platforms to aid competency development.
• Collaborate with university professionals to ensure quality support.
• Other duties as assigned.
