Job summary

ECPI University is seeking instructors to teach in our undergraduate HCA and Nursing programs in a remote capacity. This role suits Nutrition professionals, with training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support provided.

Our five-week terms require candidates to be available during evenings and weekends to support adult learners and to share industry experience for practical instruction and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nutrition or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• 3–5 years industry experience required.
• Industry experience within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach in undergraduate HCA and Nursing programs.
• Provide practical hands-on instruction with training, mentoring and faculty support.
