Unitek Learning seeks an Online General Education Instructor to join our team, delivering courses across ASVN, BSN, and RN‑to‑BSN programs. The role emphasizes preparing coursework, innovating teaching methods, and maintaining clear student communication.

The instructor will review syllabi, assess progress, and utilize the LMS to deliver up-to-date content while supporting a multicultural online student body and participating in quarterly online faculty meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; Doctoral Degree preferred.
• Experience which demonstrates mentoring ability and strong verbal/written communication.
• Previous online teaching experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Background in educational methodology related to teaching assignments or current clinical practice.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Instruct online general education courses in ASVN, BSN, and RN-to-BSN programs.
• Develop coursework for assigned classes and review syllabi/instructional guidelines.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and program data.
• Utilize LMS to deliver course content and communicate with students.
• Participate in online faculty meetings and professional development.
