nilo is a global provider of mental well-being support for the workforce, offering 1-on-1 counseling and digital tools. We seek licensed psychologists to conduct online sessions of 45 minutes, with an emphasis on preventive mental health and proactive wellbeing strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s in psychology, have 3+ years of one-on-one counseling, and apply evidence-based methods with strong empathy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in psychology.
• Focus on clinical and/or organizational psychology preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of one-on-one counseling experience (~800 hours).
• Use only evidence-based methods.
• Strong empathy and experience helping people in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide online psychological counseling sessions (45 minutes).
