Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide online therapy from a private, remote workspace. You’ll set your own hours and earn per-session compensation with bonuses and stipends for insurance clients.

We offer a high-caseload environment, weekly payments, and professional liability coverage. Ideal candidates are independent, client-focused, and able to work with adults, couples, or teens.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mental health counseling experience.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults, couples, or teens.
• Maintain a private, professional environment and private workspace for sessions.
• Deliver therapy with autonomy and client-focused care.

Education

Fully independent professional license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC)
