Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in SQL, Snowflake, data modeling, and data preparation.
• Experience working in Tableau Desktop and REDCap.
• Working knowledge of clinical trials
• Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows.
• Experience with electronic medical records system such as Epic
• Proficiency with NCI’s Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG).
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Takes initiative and tackles challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex technical work with diverse analytical data for oncology research and clinical programs.
• Identify new data sources and approaches and independently manage large data volumes.
• Generate data tables using SQL queries in Snowflake for data extraction and use OnCore, REDCap, and Tableau for presentations and publications.
• Prepare customized reports on Stanford oncological clinical trials and accrual for stakeholders.
