Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management and oncology research.
• Experience with in vivo oncology models (Xenograft/PDX) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter study information into databases for project management.
• Assist in estimating study timelines.
• Plan and schedule studies with project leadership and operations.
• Update study information for protocol amendments.
• Manage project timelines and milestones in databases.
• Coordinate procurement of materials for study execution.
• Create initial study protocol drafts and amendments.
• Manage LIMS aspects with the Project Leader.
• Assist in enrolling in vivo studies.
• Schedule end-of-study activities and analyses.
• Coordinate shipment of samples to collaborators and labs.
• Identify and resolve problems in ongoing studies.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Work independently and perform other duties as assigned.
