Job summary
Cureety seeks an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse in the Tampa Bay area to support Advanced Therapy Monitoring (ATM). The RN will provide remote monitoring, video assessments, and care coordination for post-CAR-T/BMT patients, with quarterly in-person visits to client teams and cross-time-zone coverage.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in oncology, BSN, and relevant certifications, plus EMR proficiency and strong communication.
Qualifications
- RN with BSN and oncology experience.
- Active multistate RN license (NLC).
- Willing to obtain single-state licensure by endorsement within 30 days.
- OCN or HSCT certification.
- At least 5 years in malignant hematology/oncology.
- Experience with CAR-T, BMT, BiTE therapies.
- Residence in Tampa Bay Area and ability to meet quarterly in person.
- Willing to work across Eastern to Pacific time zones.
- Proficient in EMR navigation across multiple platforms.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication.
Responsibilities
- Triages patient concerns and manages escalations.
- Conduct remote video visits and coordinate care.
- Review patient-reported outcomes and safety signals.
- Escalate cases for onsite/provider intervention.
- Maintain documentation in EMR systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Coordinate with client teams for quarterly onsite visits.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
