Job summary

Chorus Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Advanced Therapy to perform remote patient monitoring for bispecific antibody and CAR-T programs from our New York office.

You will work with the lead APP and partner-site teams to ensure safe outpatient monitoring and timely escalation. Responsibilities include telehealth assessments, documenting encounters, coordinating start-of-treatment with physicians, and educating patients on therapy and adverse effects.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in New Jersey; multistate licensure a plus.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure to support partner sites.
• Minimum three years oncology nursing preferred; CAR-T/bispecific experience preferred.
• Experience with CRS/ICANS assessment and management preferred.
• Current BLS certification; additional credentials as required by facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient monitoring for bispecific antibody and CAR-T patients across partner sites.
• Assess patients by telephone and video at protocol-defined intervals and document encounters.
• Identify early signs of toxicity and escalate to on-site teams when needed.
• Coordinate treatment starts with partner-site physicians and align with dosing timelines.
• Educate patients on oncology disease process, treatment side effects, and healthy behaviors.
• Maintain accurate notes in the electronic health record and communicate with care teams.
