Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in oncology pharmacy.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Board certification in oncology pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned practice relationships and strategic account plans; establish trusted relationships with pharmacy, physician, operations, and finance leaders; maintain actionable account plans and cadence.
• Lead drug strategy and therapy optimization across pathways, utilization trends, reimbursement, payer dynamics, and practice economics.
• Drive readiness, adoption, and sustained performance; translate priorities into implementation plans and monitor adoption and outcomes.
• Connect data and insight to action by analyzing clinical, financial, operational trends and developing recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and represent practice needs across teams to align support and reduce friction.
• Contribute expertise to Network initiatives and governance through leadership of projects and committees.
