Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturer, market access, or related industry experience.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience managing managers, directors, or senior-level individual contributors.
• Demonstrated experience supporting oncology, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or complex pharmaceutical commercialization programs.
• Proven success managing strategic biopharma partnerships and executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level consultation regarding specialty pharmacy strategy, commercialization planning, patient support services, network design, market access, and launch execution.
• Partner with manufacturers to develop successful strategies for product launches, new indications, line extensions, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage organizational capabilities and broader enterprise resources to drive market uptake, patient access, and provider satisfaction.
• Lead executive-level sponsorship and governance activities for strategic portfolios and client reviews.
