Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Services leader overseeing ClinReview pharmacists within The US Oncology Network. You will supervise and develop the team, manage workload and ensure quality and compliance across the program.

The role focuses on drug-use strategies, physician governance, P&T support, and the development of oncology content, protocols, and decision-support tools. It requires PharmD and 6+ years in oncology pharmacy with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of oncology pharmacy or related clinical healthcare experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory, team-leadership, or program-leadership experience.
• Current pharmacist license in at least one U.S. state; flexibility to obtain additional licenses as required.
• Experience translating oncology evidence into clinical recommendations, content, or workflows.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects in a matrixed environment.
• Oncology pharmacy expertise and sound clinical judgment.
• People leadership and change management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop ClinReview pharmacists, including performance management and onboarding.
• Manage workload, staffing, coverage, priorities, escalations, and day-to-day operations for the assigned team.
• Maintain clinical quality and consistency through standards, case review, calibration, and escalation.
• Monitor capacity, clinical interventions, quality findings, and stakeholder feedback for improvements.
• Partner with leadership on drug-use strategies, patient safety, and decision-support improvements.
• Support Value Pathways reviews, physician-governance activities, and P&T priorities.
• Develop and maintain evidence-based oncology content, protocols, guidance, and tools.
• Translate evidence and practice needs into actionable recommendations and scalable improvements.
• Coordinate clinical or operational projects from planning to measurement.
• Track and report measures for team performance and quality.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate low-value processes.
