Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Louisville, KY is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator. This full-time, Monday–Friday role is remote, but candidates must live within commutable distance to Louisville. Starting salary is $80,000+ with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before October 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 1+ years in healthcare setting required.
• 1+ years in oncology or specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• Oncology/hematology nursing certifications (ONCC/ONS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage care throughout the patient’s cancer treatment.
• Counsel patients and families, following established policies and procedures.
• Document adverse drug reactions per manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and office staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Review patient medical and health history to support treatment decisions.
• Monitor patient progress and follow up to meet treatment goals.
