This remote role emphasizes non-promotional medical and scientific engagement with healthcare professionals to inform treatment decisions and outcomes. Responsibilities include building relationships, mapping stakeholders, supporting clinical trials, and collaborating with Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience for Manager level: 0-3 years in Field Medical or MSL, or 3-5 years in medical affairs/clinical setting for Associate Director.
• Experience all levels: strong clinical knowledge, FDA guidelines, and compliance; resides within territory or within 50 miles of border.

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare providers and thought leaders to advance medical strategy.
• Identify key stakeholders, map territory, and plan Medical Engagements.
• Provide clinical trial support and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic area and Novartis policies.
• Execute administrative tasks in CRM and participate in required trainings.
• Drive personal and professional development.
