Job summary

Adjuvant Behavioral Health is seeking empathetic, experienced mental health professionals to join our nationwide remote team focused on oncology behavioral health. The therapist will manage referrals and a minimum 18-hour weekly client load, supporting cancer patients, families, and caregivers.

The role requires a Master's degree, 2+ years in a counselor setting, and an active West Virginia LISCW license. Preferred: oncology experience and telehealth practice.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of professional level experience in a counselor setting.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in West Virginia is required.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients individually and/or in family sessions to address dependencies, adjustment, or change.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with SMART goals within 72 hours of intake and update every 4 weeks.
• Maintain and document client records, progress notes, and required reports within set timelines.
• Collaborate with staff to assess and plan care within 2 days of establishing care.
