Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Clinician Expert in Oncology and Hematology to contribute medical expertise to an AI healthcare project. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating clinical content, reviewing trial data, and providing expert medical judgment.

You will review protocols, safety reports, and endpoints using established criteria and deliver guideline-based explanations to support AI model training.

Qualifications

• Clinical experts with oncology/hematology focus, strong judgment and written communication.
• Experience reviewing trial documents and safety narratives, DSMB/IDMC materials is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly for non-clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Author and review clinical evaluation tasks requiring oncology/hematology expertise.
• Analyse trial reports, safety/regulatory documents for medical accuracy.
• Assess endpoints, outcomes, and safety conclusions for plausibility.
• Review dose escalation strategies, toxicities, and adverse event attribution.
• Provide structured medical explanations to support AI model training.
• Ensure high-quality clinical evaluations and feedback for the project.
