Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Oncology and Hematology expert to contribute to a healthcare AI project. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating clinical content, reviewing trial data, and delivering expert medical judgment without requiring prior AI experience.

You will review trial materials, assess endpoints, and provide guideline-based explanations to support model training and clinical validity. Strong communication and trial experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology preferred.
• 5+ years of post-training clinical experience preferred.
• Direct experience with clinical trials as investigator or safety physician preferred.
• Experience reviewing clinical trial documents (protocols, brochures, study reports, DSMB/IDMC materials).
• Strong grasp of oncology/hematology endpoints and response criteria.
• Excellent written communication for clinical reasoning and findings.

Responsibilities

• Author and review clinical evaluation tasks requiring oncology/hematology expertise.
• Analyze trial materials and safety reports to assess medical accuracy.
• Evaluate efficacy/safety conclusions, endpoints, and outcomes.
• Assess dose escalation strategies and adverse event grading.
• Review benefit-risk interpretations for clinical coherence.
• Provide structured explanations of clinical reasoning and findings.
• Support AI model training with high-quality clinical evaluations.
