Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Medical Data Reviewer to support clinical development programs remotely from the United States. You will collaborate with Medical Directors to develop medical plans and to review data listings and data visualizations for safety and integrity.

The role requires coordinating with outside experts, preparing Medical Review Summaries, and participating in meetings and audits while adhering to ICH/GCP guidelines. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive, global team.

Responsibilities

• Works with Medical Director to develop medical plans (Medical Management Plan, Medical Data Review Plan, and Eligibility Review Plan).
• Engages with outside experts/consultants/advisors to coordinate acquisition of medical input for plans.
• Performs regular and ad-hoc medical review of data listings and data visualization; analyzes data to identify risks and trends.
• Authors medical data queries and reviews query responses, approves query closure with Medical Director.
• Partners with Medical Directors for medical data review meetings and safety review meetings.
• Manages project scope, objectives, and quality of deliverables to meet milestones; interfaces with customers and vendors.
• Collaborates with study team members to identify risks related to data integrity and subject safety.
• Attends Trusted Process meetings and may participate in audits.
• Adheres to ICH, GCPs, enterprise policies and SOPs.
