Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Medical Data Review Lead to support clinical development programs. You will collaborate with Medical Directors to develop and review medical plans, perform data reviews and data visualization, and help prepare medical summaries for trials.

The role emphasizes data integrity, safety reviews, and timely communication with internal teams and customers. A strong background in clinical data review and plan authoring is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical data review and medical data management.
• Ability to analyze data listings and identify patterns and risks.
• Strong coordination with Medical Directors and study teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Medical Management Plans, Medical Data Review Plans, and Eligibility Review Plans with Medical Director.
• Perform regular and ad-hoc medical data reviews and document findings.
• Author medical data queries and manage responses with Medical Director.
• Assist in patient profile reviews and protocol deviations as needed.
• Lead data review meetings with Medical Directors and Safety teams; prepare slides.
