Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Scientist - Oncology to provide clinical and scientific input to early and late-stage development programs. You will collaborate with Medical Directors, coordinate medical data reviews, and ensure data integrity throughout trials.

The role emphasizes protocol-specific requirements, scientific rigor, and effective communication with study teams to advance therapy development and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Clinical development experience in oncology.
• Experience in data review and safety monitoring.
• Ability to integrate medical input into study plans.
• Strong collaboration with Medical Directors and study teams.

Responsibilities

• Works with Medical Director to develop medical plans and data reviews.
• Performs regular and ad-hoc medical review of data listings and visualizations.
• Authors medical data queries and reviews query responses with Medical Director.
• Assists in patient profiles review and protocol deviation review as needed.
• Partners with Medical Directors for data review meetings and safety reviews.
• Manages project scope, milestones, and deliverables; interfaces with internal teams and vendors.
