Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of trials. The role involves building strong site relationships, performing monitoring activities in line with ICH-GCP and Sponsor SOPs, and managing regulatory documentation to ensure site readiness and compliance.

The position requires excellent communication, the ability to work independently across multiple protocols, and travel approximately 65-75% of time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct site monitoring experience in bio/pharma/CRO
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a strong emphasis in science and/or biology
• Willingness to travel 65%–75% of working time

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study.
• Develops strong site relationships and ensures continuity of site relationships through all phases of the trial.
• Performs site monitoring activities in compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, Local laws & Regulations.
• Communicates with Investigators and site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment, retention and regulatory documentation.
• Maintains site documentation in the CTMS/eTMF and related systems per timelines.
