Job summary

Macy's Marketplace team is seeking an Assistant, Marketplace Onboarding Integration to help sellers connect with MacyS online marketplace, manage API integrations, and coordinate item onboarding. The role focuses on efficient onboarding, go-live readiness, and continuous optimization of integration workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 1 years of API integrations and a Bachelors degree, plus strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to support cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 1 years of API/EDI integrations, retail, e-commerce and/or marketplaces.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding integration processes from registration to go-live, including API integration and product uploads.
• Coordinate and support seller onboardings and API integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with assigned seller accounts.
• Provide guidance on connectors and integration methods for internal and external teams.
• Partner with Product, Validation, and Mirakl teams to maintain end-to-end connections.
• Maintain ecosystem maps and update onboarding and API docs.
