Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Psychometrist to support licensed psychologists by administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests. This role helps increase objectivity, expands psychologist bandwidth, and improves access to care in an outpatient setting.

You will contribute to accurate test data, maintain records, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality patient assessments and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• Experience in counseling or testing preferred.
• Strong assessment skills required.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to help patients feel comfortable and perform at their best.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, especially with numbers and data.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
• Create test data summary tables.
• Provide detailed behavioral observations.
• Maintain and organize testing materials (hard copy and electronic).
• Assist patients while they undergo evaluations.
• Interact with psychologists for supervision and results discussion.
• Schedule follow-ups for psychologists who schedule their own sessions.
• Transmit test measures to patients or related parties before/after tests.
• Answer patient questions regarding test completion via email.
• Upload/send patient reports to patients and sources.
